** Youth program (several conferences, seminars and competitions in different Russian regions) is planned to be conducted separately after completion of events before the Forum starts. Organisers of conferences, seminars, competitions will delegate the best young specialists (totally up to 20-30 persons) for participation in the Forum. Young specialists awarding upon the recommendation of youth program Organisers is carried out at the Forum with the involvement of Global Energy Prize, «UNESCO» representatives and other related participants, funders and partners. |
